We want you to feel confident in the pieces you choose. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns.

Returns You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few working days for this to appear.

Damaged items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve it quickly.

Due to their nature, some vintage or one‑of‑a‑kind pieces may show signs of age. These are not considered faults and are part of their character.
