We take care when preparing and sending each order. Every piece is packed thoughtfully to ensure it arrives safely.

Processing time: Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–4 working days.

Shipping Rates:  We ship all orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48, a reliable service that usually arrives within 2 working days once dispatched.

• Up to 2kg: £5.95

• Over 2kg: £8.95

Packaging: All parcels are packed with care, using recycled or reused materials wherever possible to keep waste low.

Delays: Occasional delays can happen during busy periods or due to courier issues. If your order is taking longer than expected, feel free to get in touch and we’ll look into it for you.
